Spark Plugs - what to use?

I am wanting to change the spark plugs on my car within the next couple of days. Its an E36 325i and i am curious to know what a decent set of spark plugs would be? Ive seen some Bosch Super 4 spark plugs, has anyone tried these and have recommendations on them? Thanks

Copper +2 only. Do not use platinum +4 or any of that other nonsense. Your car will run worse. Use something like NGK or Bosch, but only the copper +2. There have been a lot of posts about this if you want to do a search and see for yourself and read about problems people have had with the other plug types. I repeat, Copper +2 only.

This basically means, if you don't need to change your plugs, your probably shouldn't, unless you have something other than the OEM plugs in there (which are usually NGK copper +2).

YEA I second that +4s are nothing but problems, alot of people report 1 or more of the ends melting off and falling in the combustion chamber! not good stay OEM or equivelent.

In regards to spark plugs, stick w/ OEM.
