Spark plugs?

anybody have any suggestions on the best plug to use for a 1992 m50 325? I have been told many different things from the people around here. was told to stay away from platinum and use NGK but they have two electrodes and was also told that is a bad idea any suggestions would be a great help. possibly a plug number Thanks

If you want plugs that last 80,000 miles go platinum, if you want more performance then go with copper plugs. I am using NGK now and they are great.
