Are you talking about your BMW? I would go with the OEM Bosch or NGK for spark plugs. As to wires, if your engine is like mine, you don't have any. Each plug is connected to an individual coil.

Yea, our bimmers have coils that go right into the head. If you want to upgrade ignition you have to buy plasma coils. I seen them for around $500. They provide a 100% gain of secondary output to the spark plugs. This provides faster combustion inside the chamber so torque is available sooner.. resulting in a smoother more responsive ride.
personally i would just keep things stock, with the exception of trying some other reliable plugs, like mentioned above, you can gain more performance from other purchases.

Ditto. Don't trust bavauto with their overpriced stuff that will make your car smoother/faster/etc. THey're just trying to make some money. Whatever it could possibly do to your car wouldn't be worth the money. I remember looking at those in the mag, actually... It added such a miniscule amount, it was laughable! As for the good of your car... I don't believe so. Driving it well would make a much larger difference, if that's your concern. I believe the exhaust did more for performance... But I dont recall the price being worth it. Ask them for a mag, they should give you all of the info you need and you can compare that with the price tag.
