Spark Plug Gap Setting

If I use stock Bosch or NGK dual electrode plugs, do I need to set the gap.
If YES then what's the gap setting?

I just used the stock gap...I thought it came pre-gapped.

I got plugs from PepBoys (Bosch) and the tech told me that i need to gap but when I asked my freind with the same car (also a machanic) says dual electrode plugs does not need gapping.

They're pregapped so they don't need to be. Look at the box it should say what the gap setting is somewhere on it. But dual electrode = you don't have to gap.

The box says, it does not require gapping. I just installed Bosch and seems to work great. TGime for a test drive i guess.

gaps r usually .035 if its a single electrode...

for a fact, the stock replacement Bosch or NGK plugs will not need to be gapped...
