something wrong when installed bmw scanner 1.4

yesterday,something wrong when installed bmw scanner 1.4.did not find the ike and other things(as the one who was faulty before).Does someone use it?how to solve it.thanks for any help

I would email the person you bought it from and ask them. I don't think it's a very good product. You get what you pay for. Theirs a reason the Peak Research diagnostic tools are $150.
