Some minor issuse with 328I

First of i'll let you know that i have never owned a BMW in my life(hope to get one soon) im doing this job for a friend. Anyway i wanted to get some info before i started messing with stuff. She has a 2 door 328 that has non-functional fog lights. How hard is it to changes the bulbs if thats the problem. Also does this happen very often if so whats the proper way to solve the problem. She also has a sagging headlinder. How hard is it gonna be to get it off. Thanks in advance for the help.

the headliner just take it to an upholstery shop...

and the fogs you need to pop them off there is a little lever on the side of the foglight bracket and you push on it thru the bumper with a screwdriver the foglight should pop right out and you twist the socket on the back of the fog and the bulb should be revealed. best way i can describe it

Check the fuse on the fog lights too. The headliner is a bitch, I just did mine and couldn't get all the areas to stick down. It looks better than it did. Check out worlduph.com for new headliner fabric.
