Yo Speed, we are broken-underpanel-piece brothers. Mine fell off yesterday. You should see my temporary fix: tie-wire ftw (ftl, actually). I ask the same question as somebody else did: is the same piece reusable on an m3 bumper? I may want to use this as an excuse to change.

Mine actually got shredded in half last week, I took it to my mechanic and he said just take it off it's not worth replacing, he said a bunch of E36's are running around without it. But they do make a metal one, I've been trying to find the link again to see about getting it.. I wanna say Furious or Autotechnica posted the link a long while back, but I cano not find the thread any more.

I used to be missing mine, then when I got in that accident in December they replaced it along with everything else. The only thing that worried me without one was water splashing up on the engine.

I said it once before, when one of us e36erers has something go wrong with his or her car, somehow we get infected through the Internet and then everyone ends up getting it.

The ad for the metal piece usually runs in Roundel actually. I'll look for the website tonight when I get home.

You can pick one up at the dealer for about $30.

This is the center air duct off a '93 325is ....

This is the p/n tag for the same air duct ....

Call the dealer and go pick one up, they're not that expensive because its a common replacement item.

Pretty cheap, yes. Actually it is $18 from bavauto. I also need wheel well liners, but those are $36 a piece.
