Keep in mind that those smoked aren't oem. They are a cheaper aftermarket company, and bavauto advised me NOT to buy them. They told me that they had problems with them, and that they prefer the oem's.
If they hold up, I'm sure they will look good, pictures always make them look darker than they are.
Good point. I just did the Pinnacle Performance Depo deal.
They are definately of much lower quality. To be honest if you didn't install them yourself you probably wouldn't notice the difference. The fit isn't exactly perfect, but there is some ability to adjust the positioning in the housing to make the fit almost right.
The driver side is flush with the side of the car, but the pass side is slightly in. The average person won't pick it up, but I spent 20 mins trying to get it right.
Also the inside is definately cheap. You'll see when you try to get the bulbs in. I got error codes and spent another 20 mins trying to get the bulbs in perfect to get rid of em.
Left it out in the rain tonight--->no fogging
Overall. Well outside of the growing pains getting them in due to the lower quality, the $100+ I saved made the pains worth it.
