sluggish why?

hello i have a 94 325is with a dinan chip and cosmos racing CAI and ym car still feels a little sluggish sometimes it rips hard and most of the time its feels a little sluggish what could cause this? car has 135,000

vanos solenoid possibly... vaccum leak somewhere.. O2 sensor on its way out.. fouled spark plugs.. it could be a wide variety of things unfortunately. Luckily these are all cheap solutions. Vanos solenoid and spark plugs i would start with.

bimmerworld for O2 sensor and you have to find a used solenoid somewhere.. usedbmwparts.com or Ebay maybe..
