ok, so i bought my car with only 1 working side marker.. and i knew this.. now its just starting to piss me off... SOO, i wanna rewire it... all i have is the sidemarker, and the bulb, and the caseing..

my question is... what am i supposed to run the wire from so that it blinks with the blinker.. and what kind of wires should i use for this??

and, is there any technique that i should follow?

Aight.. this might be a little complicated.. but I will try...

Ok.. some info.. before you start...

It should be fuse 23... its a 5Amp fues.. located in your foward power distribution box

That fuse has a .75 green and yellow wire.. that runs to your "Turn Indicator/low beam selector" which if I'm not mistaken is in your switching mech. under your steering wheel... this unit tells weather to flash... park... ect..

Now... there are two wires coming out of that... they are .75 Green and a .75 Black wire... which are sent to your Hazard flasher relay... (THIS SHOULD BE WHERE YOU BEGIN TO WIRE YOUR TURN SIGNAL..) This relay is what sends power to your turn signal.. it is located in the foward power distribution box... marked as... K16

Once you find this sucker.... under it should be an aray of wires... coming out of Pin No. 4 will be 1 Black/Green wire... that wire is then taped off with two wires.. making three.. which one goes to your Crash alarm sensor.. and the other to your hazard warning switch.... if you want that sucker to flash with your hazards on.. you might want to take into account for this...

Ok.. so.. you have found the point where it comes out of Pin No. 4.. its Black and Green... that sucker then goes from there... to your front left flasher unit... which is your turn signal...

Now for the right side... back to your K16 relay... coming out of Pin No. 5 is 1 Black/Brown wire... that wire then goes to your front right flasher unit... This should work...

Just so you know... when you are getting these wires from your K16 relay.. there will be a few other wires along with them... mainly the wires that power your rear turn signals.. because they are ran off of the same power source...

Good Luck...

Les
