Does the coupe side mirrors fit the sedan or is that one of the parts that are not interchangable. I may have a deal on a replacement mirror but its from a coupe and I have a sedan. Any help please.

No, they will not. The 4d cars have different doors than the 2d cars.

Naturally.

Thus, the mounting points are different.

If you get OEM mirrors such as the M3 mirrors, you could actually make a 2 dr set of mirrors fit a 4 door by swapping the base plates. These are the triangular base plates that mount the mirror onto the side of the door. So short answer no, long answer yes with a but...
