Side Marker Lights

So idecided i wanted to replace the front corner lights in to clear corners and replace the side markers to clear, i drive a 1998 328i and its black, but i just reliazed that the side markers dont work so i popped one out and its not flugged in to anything, like there is no wire its just sitting there. any ideas what to do next?? where should i look for the wire?? and what do u guys think about the clear corners?? ebay has some really great deals, thankz guys

ebay clears are less than quality product.

Wire will be near the hole. Use a dentist mirror to find it inside the fender.

IMO-Cleared out turning signals require Cleared out taillight turn signals to look right and even then its not going to get you anymore women, or stop you from blowing the doors off hondas.

IM0- BMW knows better, if they wanted us to have clear plasic then they would have put them on origionally...

you do know that the clears were an option on e36s, and standard on most Ms and euro specs right?

and they are also standard now on all NA models?

its not standard... its more of an option.. a very exspensive option from bmw.. 1200 bucks for all clears on a new e46...

really? I havent seen one on the lot with ambers in awhile.

No offense blokes, just my preference. Like I said if the fronts match the backs then you’re good to go, I got people in my area that do one or the other and it looks so bad.... The human eye follows color schemes, mine, is amber.

I agree,, right now i have the front and sides done. just waiting for x-mas to get the back ones done. i have original the original ambers if anyone wants to buy em

most people get the corners and the sidemarkers first because they are the most inexspensive... then the tail lights.. cuz thats 270 bucks,

maybe you never had sidemarker lights and the previous owner just put those on

i think the 98 328i had them, im not sure where to look cuz u cant really see much inside the panel cuz its dark and i have no idea where dat wire runs from. ya ive hered about the e-bay clears dat they are preety shitty. im just gona stick with the original stuff, and change my lights to the other lights that makes them look crystal white or blue.
