Should I Be Scared Of 120,000 Miles?

I've been looking at a 1992 318is with 130,000 miles on it. The body and interior are immaculate so I have no worries with that. However, I am concerned with the mileage. Is this something to raise an eyebrow at? Any suggestions? Opinions?

If the car is in immaculate condition and has been well cared for you should have no worries with that mileage................

Asking price is 5,800. That's over blue book but I'll get that price down. Also, it's a 5-speed so clutch and linkage is another concern.

I'm just worried about getting quarter and dollared to death (vice nickel and dimed).

I'm going to have an inspection done so are there things I should be looking for in particular?

5,200 for a 14 year old car... with 130k.... thats like 9.5k a year...

i think thats too much money!

kbb says it should cost 3,200 at most!!
