Should I Buy These Rims?

Checkin into some rims for summer...

318IS 1993. Asking 1500 Canadian Dollars (about 1200 US) for these speedline rims.

Iwas going to offer 1200 Canadian...

What do you guys think... THey come with tires. two tires great, two at 35%

IICRC they weigh in at 24bls for 18x8.5's, which is on the heavy side for an 18.
