Short Shift - BMW Forum

i am in the market for a short shift kit for my 1993 bmw 325i and i need some reccomendations and some comments reguarding the installation.

Since its an older car, im going to replace all of the bushings too.

I think that the UUC kit w/ delran bushings from turner will be the best bet ($260), any comments?

i got it down to the UUC and the Rogue, and im still not sure which one... not that many people have opinions on the rogue, and i would like to hear some more rogue coments before i make my final decision

check out bavauto.com, i'd say most of their stuff is quality

If its between the UUC and the Rogue... go with the Rogue.. its the best thing out there.. its what I got.

i have never driven a car with rogue before, i know UUC is agreat one to have, i hear its pretty much a toss up.. and people will always argue different ways!

I had a uuc and it the bushings had problems after the 2nd year. I've sinced returned to my original

... Except their suspinsion bushings, which already have HOLES IN THEM WHERE I CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH THEM AFTER LESS THAN 10,000 MILES...

I've heard a lot about that one.. and to be honest.. I dont exactly like that one.. a little to notchy for me... but hey.. some people like feeling like they are killing their tranny.... haha
