The Tourings are the softest. I've been told the Sports are Heavy duty's with a shorter shaft. They are reccomended for lowering springs. The Heavy duty's are a little stiffer than stock, but not bad for everyday. Springs seem to do more for stiffnes than shocks.

what kind of shocks should i get? i want a stiffer ride..
i was thinking either bilstein or teins....
If you can fork out a little more paper go Koni adjustable you wont regret it, if you go with bilstein go for the sport as tomctx said they are a shorter stroke shock and work alot more effeciently than the heavy dutys and the touring are just shit.
