shifter problem

hey, i just installed some rogue engineering tranny mounts, ireland engineering motor mounts, the understeer mz3 short shifter, and the modified selector rod on my 328. everything lines up fine and shifts smoothly when the car is up in the air but as soon as i lower it the bottom of the shifter hits the top of the driveshaft and prevents me from changing gears. i have heard of having to bend the selector rod to clear the guibo but never a problem with the shifter itself. any suggestions on how to fix this guys?

just put the motor in yesterday...fixed the shifter problem. first time i lowered it in first and it jammed...second time lowered it in nuetral and it works great.
