Hi everyone,

I've looked through the archives, but I haven't been able to find anything real specific about the shifter bushings. I'm trying to find out how to eliminate the side-to-side slop that my 325is has in the shifter. I've been considering going to a later model shifter (such as the kits that UUC has), but I don't want to bother with that until I get the existing setup tight.

Anyone know which bushings would cover the sideways movement?

Thanks in advance,
Damion

The selector rod bushings. The pin on the transmission. The shift lever itself. Worn plastic washers ont he selector rod. I little cup the lever sits in.

I'd recomend the understeer kit. I just swapped in an M3 lever and it's great.
