I'm not too sure how this happened but the knob on the shifter is loose... being that i can turn it about 15 degrees back and forth of so. This is really annoying that when I shift the knob moves as i'm shifting or grabbing it for the next shift. i'm gonna pull it off and see if there's anything but what do you guys think of it? thanks

it probably worked its way loose. make sure it is aligned and bop it from the top. That should keep it in position.

hey
i had the same problem where my knob would move around 90 degrees. The knob and the threads inside wear off with time so I had to just buy a new one and snap that on and life was good again...hope that helps..

Lol yeah, we I first test drove my car I was getting on it and I go to shift to second and the shift nob flew off, it was weird.

Get one of those 20 dollar ones from ebay. It's plastic, but nobody can tell the difference when they look at it.
