shark software, euro or us?

i'm from england and have just ordered the obd2 shark plug and go thing, but according to the power graph, i think it will actually end up with the same as what i've already got.. do us 328i sports have less power than euro ones? i've got 193 bhp standardand 202 lbft torque.. what do you guys have?

just called the guys in america who i ordered the shark software thing from and he was really helpful. he told me that it wouldn't work in my car and would bring a US spec 328i upto the same power as mine is already.. but would not do a thing to mine. so i cancelled it. man that sucks that you US boys have less power than the UK, emission laws over there must really pee you off eh?

Yep. What I noticed while I was in Honduras last month is that I believe BMW will default to Euro standards in all countries unless the country specifies differently, (e.g., US). It seems that in Latin America all BMWs are Eurospec. I was even tempted to buy a 1996 M3 while I was there (Evo, i.e., 320 hp). Would probably be cheaper than getting in Europe.
