Setting the Date on my 328 Ci GPS

Hi all.

I just purchased a 328 Ci and I think the dealer re-set the navigation system. The time and date were cleared, as was the average mpg's & mph. Any idea how to re-set the date? I figured out how to set the clock, but the date seems to be a bit more tricky.

OK so it may be considered part of the radio... not sure. The car didn't come with an owners' manual.
