Service Lights

The service lights on my 98' 328is are counting me down to some service interval. I have read the owner's manual, but it doesn't tell me exactly what service should be performed. Does anyone know?

when your green lights go out mate, it should tell you what service is required, it will either be an oil service, inspection I or an inspection II
