selling my 325, need some input

ok i have a 94 325i sedan with 160k miles, pictures are in vgarage, kelly blue book rates it at 3.7k-4.5k, i have the m3 front and sides, engine is still running good, exterior is in excellent condition, interior is a bit old front driver seat leathers are torn, how much do you think i can sell the car for?

i have a friend who wants to buy it from my for 3500, and i get to take hte wheels and rims off, which are 1500 total in retail value, is this a good deal?

becuase i have a coupe 328 that i want an m3 kit on, should i take off this m3 kit from my 325 and put it on the new 328 to save money? i mean if i took the kit off, can it still sell for the same value? do ppl care if it looks stock instead of looking like it does in my vgarage?

when you modify your car, you dont bump up book value, your best bet is to either sell it to some kid, that will pay extra money for the mods, or take all the mods off, and sell them seperately...

yeah modding cars is good just to satisfy your own interests and desires, but when you sell the car dont expect to get much of the money you put into it back, if any at all.
