seats 323 vs 318

Does anyone know the difference in the seats between a 99 323i and a 95 318i both convertibles Im trying to find seat covers and I found them for the 318 but was told they wont work for my car the 323. It seems most companies list all the e36 seats aside from the m series as being the same. I dont want to spend a ton of money if they dont work.

Thank you that was a huge help, other catalogs were vague at best, this listed all part numbers and details. Looks as though there is no difference with oem part numbers. I will go ahead and order the set for the 94-95 318i.
I still dont know why the manufacturer told me it will not work for my application, aside from the 318 not having headrests in the rear....
