I had a similar problem, but I have manual seats. (I can't tell from your post whether or not you have manual or power seats.) With manual seats you might need to repalce a small clip located on the under side of the seat. To do this you wil have to take the seat out and flip it over. I bought a handfull replacement clips at the stealer for about 4 bucks.
