Rust Spots

I just got a '95 318i a few months ago. There are a few small, pin-head sized pust spots on the car. Can anyone tell me how to remove these spots? Also there is one area over the rear wheel, where the metal is rusting from the inside out. Is there anything i can do?

you can only slow it down. the only real way to stop it is to get body work done, which is expensive. if i were you id get a rust check so that hopefully it can slow it down.

You can find some rust remover online. This only remove the rust. Any metal that is damaged is obviously gone, si you can't fix that without body work. Remove the pin head rust and touch up the area with some paint. Then clear coat.
