NWS RPM issue

Does anyone know what's the standard rpm of the engine when the car its standing with engine on? below 1000 can't be bcs oil pressure goes low, between 1000-1500 it goes up and down annoying 300 rpm, at 1500 its running great but I think Its high and I don't even want to think at gas consumption. Mby the cable is damaged or sth.

Another thing: I have electric windows at front doors but sometimes they don't work, I looked in the manuals found here but there are general stuff and I would like to see exactly wich wires goes where and what does. I looked at wires and I got lost cuz there are kilometers of wires.
I dont want to go to mechanics for minor problems cuz all my friends got fooled when they tooked theyr cars to fix em.
Tx for help.

I found everything and I hope I'll be able to fix the electric stuff, left speakers are not working too, I'm looking for time to it. Can't see the solution for rpm...
