Rim Fit

I want to get new rims, and I'v been looking at 17"
What tire size would I need for it to fit. My car is lowered tho, and since the previous owner did that, I have no idea by how much.

Also, what's a good site for stock OEM BMW rims?

Thanks ahead of time

I just checked and I'm at 195. I think even 225 would would rub.

I had 17's before with 235/40/17 all the way around with an Eibach pro kit springs. No rubbing here.

go to one of the websites with like tirerack or the like and they will tell you what you need and what offset your car needs. This one you will need to choose the rims but call the website to check about your drop.

im running 225/40/18s and my car is dropped 1.5 all around...the offset for the e36 is 40mm and bolt pattern is 5X120, ur better off gettin oem wheels used...new is a ton of money...not worth it IMO
