Rev limiter stopping me at 4500 rpm

TurboB3 n00b Join Date: Jan 2006 Car: Posts: 42 Photos:	Rev limiter stopping me at 4500 rpm For some reason it seems like there is a rev limiter at 4,500 rpms because it just bounces off there and wont go past. Does anyone know how to fix this?
