Replacing Speakers on 98 323is with HK system HELP!!

i bought new speakers for my 323 i have a HK system most of my speakers are blown since the are made out of cheap materials i got 6x9 4way for the read 500w 4homs with a tweeter witch is 4homs and the kick panel has 5.1/4 200w 4homs 3way system, i havent replace the door panel ones since i havent found the right size, the problem comes here the rear speakers are not loud at all they arent working all the way my friend told me to bride them i dont know if to do it or just replace the HK AMP and its making me thanks if you can help me

I have a 320i and I replaced my front and rear speakers with pioneer including the head deck. the rear factory speakers are about 4" dia, you would think it wouldn't be very good quality sound but as they have the speaker box the 4 inch pioneer speakers give me great quality sound hooked up straight to the factory wiring, who needs a sub or 6x9's + not so visible for theft.
