Decided to install a set of Billet Aluminum Throttle Cable Bushings on the 1993 325IS. I first installed them on my 1995 740i when the one bushing broke. The improvement in Throttle Response was Very Noticable.
Stock Throttle with Boot
Old Bushings Removed
Throttle Bushing Installed. I adjusted the cable until the tab touched the screw, then added 1/2 turn.
Cruise Control Bushing Installed. I adjusted the cable until the tab touched the screw, then added 1/2 turn.
Everything in Place
