Replaced the comfort relay so now what

The drivers side window almost never works, the passenger window only goes up and down 1 inch at a time, and the sunroof hardly ever will open at all. So I ordered and replaced the comfort relay. The sunroof opens and closes... No change in the passenger window.. still 1" up and down at a time. As for the Drivers side, It went all the way down and then all the way back up and quit working.. Now there is this though... You know the click noise that the window motor makes when the window is up and you press the switch for the window to go up... well the window is up and when I press the down button, it clicks like it is already down..but it is not... Sooooooooo where do I go from here.... Is there a reset for power windows??

You could try the battery disconnect (about 1 hour at least) trick but I doubt it will solve it !
Otherwise, it maybe a window motor fault... Just a thought...
