Yea I would. First off it was a steal at the price I bought mine for. Second, before I thought anyone that owned a BMW was a snotty brats drove (mind you i'm not exactly from the richest area in LA) but boy was I wrong. Amazing machines really, great mix between sports and luxury.

considering I had from 8:00 am to 4:30 (when title/liscense plate office closed) to sell my previous car and buy another and get it titled a liscense plate, insured and able to go on a 300 mile trip the next day.... yes... and of course the great deal I got on it... most definately. Honestly if I had more time then, I most likely would not have ended up with a BMW. I prolly would have ended up in a Subarua Impreze 2.5 sport wagon. Much more practical for what I need as a college student. But given the circumstances, I am not sure how I could have come off any better.

Yes, although I should have been a little less excited and a lot more adamant about some things.

I would definetly buy another BMW.
I paid $8900 for a 96 328IS with 80K off Ebay.
Friday morning drove 366 miles from Wichita, KS to Dallas, TX to pick up.
NEVER DROVE OR INSPECTED BEFORE BUYING
Friday night drove 180 miles to Oklahoma City and stayed in a hotel.
Saturday morning, drove the remaining 180 to Wichita.
Saturday afternoon drove 210 miles the opposite direction to Kansas City, MO to fly to Portland, OR.
Finally got insection 2 weeks later. Had a warn wheel bearing, bad blower motor resistor and a worn serpentine belt.
Amazing car. Amazing experience to drive.

I would def buy another bimmer, but maybe not mine. (A red 94 325i with 98,500 mi on it) I bought it for $5500, but I didn't get it inspected and had to put about 3 grand into it. It needed a new AC compressor, new muffler, new brake rotors, 4 new tires and 2 straightened wheels. It also has some hail damage but I'm gonna leave that for a while.

Then again, I bought from a private seller and the car was otherwise in excellent shape. That's not easy to find around here.

BTW anyone have advice on paintless dent removal?

E34 owner.

And probably not buy the s13. I couldve spent the s13 money on my e34.

But then again maybe I regret not selling the e34 sooner, because now I really need the money.

I would definitely buy another BMW, and sure hope I am able to so do in the future, but I would have been a little bit more thorough in my search. Very happy with my car: 180k and outruns most anything that I actually try to outrun.
