Removing Window Regulators From E36 Coupe

i've got me door card off an i need to to change the regulator on my E36 coupe on the passangers door. just wondering how to get it off the door, is it rivited on? iit doesnt feel like it is from the back but i cant see an i'd rather not start drilling if i dont need too, thanks

it is riveted on..you have to drill them out

You have to drill the guys out... then replace the actuator with bolts and nuts... its the only way to do it... its the same way the dealer does it.

thanks for the help, its probably easier to drill them out anyway as access to the rear of the fittings is very limited

Very true... now all you got to do is find a bolt that will fit her... which isnt hard to do... I cant remember the exact size... but... a little ruler will do the trick...
