| Hey brother!! Removing the door isn't hard at all. Right underneath the handle you'll see two small covers, pop those out, find the right screwdriver for taking them out (it's not phillips or similar, you might have to run to the hardware store and buy a set), simply unscrew them. The clips are along the edges, be careful with ALL of the sides, if your car is like mine was, yanking it off is a bad idea. Gently stick a screw driver around the edges (all edges) to pop the clips out. Disconnect the speakers and mirror adjustment and you're good to go.
You can find clips on ebay, can't help you with the window though. Hope that helped, if the plastic things fall off, run to home depot and buy gorilla glue, put that stuff on and let it dry for a night and they'll never come off again.
