Scuffing noise when turning???

Hi guys. I'm hearing a faint scuffing noise when I turn left (only left?!) Any ideas of what this might be? I've got a hunch it's either the wheel bearing or brakes? Other thing is I cannot point out if its coming from the front or rear...Any help would be awesome!
