Remote Lock/Unlock Arm/Disarm.....

Aight for some reson mine won't work. When I pushed the button nothing happened and the little red light did nothing. I was like, it probably needs a new battery. I went to radioshack and got a new battery. Now the red light just stays on and still, nothing happens. And yes, I have the battery in correctly. Any ideas? I'd appreciate it.

I have the same problem: I have replaced the battery and nothing.. I attempted the initialization procedure in my manual (holding down btn1, pressing btn2 3times to make LED flash works ok but doesn't lock & unlock itself to show that the remote works)
Anyone know how to get the remote working?

Sorry, I dont have an owners manual. I know, I need to get one and I am. I tried that button thing (holding down btn 1 and pushing btn2 3 times) and its not flashing.

can you lock and unlock all doors of your car using your key? what i am trying to know is if your actuators are working fine...

if so, then it could be a fuse for your alarm system, your main brain or your remote.

Yes I can. Just the remote doesnt work. The light on the remote just stays red. Thats what I was thinking was maybe a fuse.

I looked at all my fuses today and none of them where messed up. The only one i didnt see is "47" which is under the glovebox somewhere.
