Red check engine light came on today

I have 1992 325i auto, today when i was driving the red engine light came on then it went off. I notice it only does it between 30-40 mph. the it turns off, i also noticed my yellow check engine light stays on for 2minutes after i start it then it turns off, the red check engine light seems to come one also when im goin fast and then let off the gas. anyone have any idea what might be going on.

I just tried those diags after the light flashed on the on position i tried to turn the car on, and it cranks now but does not turn on at all. WTF my car was running before anyone have any suggestions. help help

Did the check engine light flash you a code? That chart will tell you what's wrong. Maybe you have a loose spark plug or low battery.

I got my car started again by spraying choke cleaner into the trotle body, i also replace the spark plugs. My check engine light still comes on it always comes on between 35-45mph and between 1500-2000 rpm's it also makes a lound hissing sound inside the car through the speakers. it is very weird. From time to time the yellow orange sprocket light will come on too. does anyone have a clue. help help help
