Rear Wheel Siezed

Hello people
Maybe someone can help me.
My 95 325i was not running and pushed it around the yard to move it for the winter.
It sat for 3 months and now the driver side wheel won't turn the pass does turn.
I have checked the brakes and all OK.
The problem is if you grab the wheel it does turn just a little bit and stops with a clank and the same in other direction?
I hope someone has the answer.

If have rear hubs as opposed to discs, I would say your hub has seized to brake shoes...take the wheel off and give it a few clouts with a hammer to get it moving again, if you have discs you need to remove the pads and clean the disc and pads with 600 grit wet&dry paper.
