You don't have struts on the rear, you have shocks. They are not that difficult to replace. You really don't even have to jack the car to replace them.
It's my opinion that you should replace them in pairs and you need to check the mounts, also. There is a gasket between the mount and the body that is probably going to need replaced while you're there. Is it making a clunking sound? If it is, probably the shock mount is bad.
