The deck panel in my car has faded to this lavender looking hue, and I want to make it black again. I need to remove the rear seat, pillars and all to do this, but I can't find any mounting screws anywhere. Can someone give me an idea of where to look, so I can get this done. Thanx
i have a 92 325i... when i removed mine for cleaning alls i did was give it a good yank at both corners of the seat (left and right) and it pops right up... u do the same when u have to install it...
i believe the same can be done for the back rest...
in mine, it felt like there was something that snaps into/out of place when you put pressure/yank it out...
i m pretty sure there isn't an screws or anything that hold them in place, rather just a snap clip or something...
M3DUDE, Thanx for the detailed instructions ! It was a great help. My rear deck panel is no longer purple, I used fabric paint and it's black again. It takes years off of the car.
