RE: Need advice in Installaing Bilsteing Shocks & Vogtland springs

Hi guys,
I'm going to install my shocks & spring soon for my E36 94 318i and just wondering if I can get any advice or precautions that I should be aware when replacing the struts/shocks & springs. Is there any DIY for these? I checked the Bentley manual; no offense but it's poorly written. Also I'm thinking of installing 215/60/16 tires will these fit my car? Thanks in advance for your help.

honestly if you think that the Bently is poorly written, you shouldn't be holding a wrench. No offense meant whatsoever. I would highly recommend taking it to a shop to install them...

Its fairly simple to install yourself with the aid of the bently. It's written out plain and simple in the book.

I'm taking it to the shop; ok I didn't make it clear; I didn't mean that all of the instructions in Bentley manual are not good; some of them are bad. The reason I"m asking for advice is that I want to print it then show it to my friend's shop. Now being said that do you have any advice or opinion? If you don't then don't bother posting you're wasting your time. Thank you.
