I've recently had a new clutch put into my E36 South Africa 320I model, which went like a bomb for about two months. THen all of a sudden I now get this rattle coming from either the clutch or the gearbox. The noise is noticeable at operating temperature and not when it's cold. Put the clutch in, the noise disappears, put the clutch out and it start rattling again. Any ideas?
I've been told it may be the gearbox, either the fluid is had it or the gearbox is faulty? Your thoughts?
