radiator fan / a/c fan help please

I bought this 94 325i 2.5l and while doing the fixing and paint prep I noticed the outer fan which i think is accessory (a/c ?) is locked up. I took it apart and the motor is locked up. I looked on ebay and there are several universal for $25 shipped which is ok, but mine has three wires, black, blue and blue/white wires and the ebay ones only have two wires. Possible low and high speed? are these fans ok?

Black goes to grd,blue /white is normal speed and blue is high sp. your new fan may be high which would be good--try it it'll be OK
