on a lowered car...do aftermarket sport shocks help the ride comfort, or handling, or both?

You sometimes give up ride quality for handeling... but with most 'sport' shocks.. you wont give up too much ride quality for handeling.. its very minimal...

If you are looking for comfort there is shocks that will give you "better" handling and you could still keep your girlfriend happy in the seat but if you want "good" handling you will defenately need to get used to some hard bumps. I don't mind it since I do mind the shitty handling on the stocks and in my opinion getting a bilstein kit is the best thing you can do to these cars. You don't need coilovers right away but you can always go back and buy ground controls for it.

Good luck!!
