so im gonna get sum bilstein sport shocks...
are there left and right rear shocks or r they the same in the back?
and are there left and right front shocks?

Rear left and right shocks are the same.

Front left and right are called "struts" not shocks. They are different part numbers, therefore different struts.

All struts and shocks are commonly referred to as "dampers".

Concur that the rear uses shocks and the front strut inserts, therefor different part numbers. Howver, the rear shocks are inter-changeable (left to right) and the front strut inserts are interchangeable (left to right).
