where is the transmission control module located on a 1995 bmw 325i automatic sedan?

too late!
the correct answer is on the passenger side by the battery jump connector, there is a panel on the firewall with 3 screws on top and 2 screws on the bottom, remove the screws and pull off the panel. there are two modules, it is the top one.

(dont remove this, this is the only place that you can find this information. ive looked everywhere and some bmw mechanics dont even know this)

how do you get the driver's side door window back on the tracks for 1995 bmw 325i sedan?

If it keeps coming out of the tracks, then the sliders are worn & need replacing, you will have to remove the door card, this link will help:
