QUESTION: Cost of replaceing clutch 94BMW325i??

...am plannin to get a 1994 BMW 325i, 165Kmiles on it and the owner told me he never replaced the clutch yet...

...any tips or alert factors on buying the car?..

i spent about 1700 on clutch and flywheel

clutch itself will run you around $800 inclluding install

yaaa the transmission and engine are the two most expensive things to upgrade/replace/repair in ur car...

Holy shit. I just replaced the clutch on my 318i and the clutch kit was only 220, and thats cause I didn't get the sachs direct replacement, I skipped up to a clutchmasters OEM style replacement... (maybe stupid... bah.) and labor is estimated at 275 right now... You guys pay an ASSLOAD more... maybe your clutch is signifigantly larger? Dunno... crazy though! man!
