Does the Range button mean how many miles you're going to get out of your current tank of gas or something else? I never really noticed or used it before until today

Well you guess right. When you press the range button it shows how many miles you are going to get out of your current tank. If you pay attention you will notice that the numbers change depending on what kind of driving is being done.

not sure if all OBCs have the range button...some of the basic OBCs only tell time and temp and a few other things.

Some e36s have only just time and date on their OBC.

the ones with the time and date only come stock in thje 318s. It takes the average MPG and calculates it with how many gallons you have in the tank.
