Question about Lighting

What should I be looking for when buying new headlights...I want lights that have projection and angel eyes... what I've noticed is that there are different colors of inner housing like crome and black... which one is better? just what are some general tips when buying headlights. Appreciate the help...

there really isnt any general tips but its best that you go by word a mouth.

the only advice i have is dont be cheap! If you want projectors and angel eyes you will spend about 500 something! DOnt be cheap!

i am not completely sure about this

but since those r german ones

well, someone PLEASE correct me if i am wrong, but wont those bulbs die fast? european cars use a higher wattage on some bulbs which soemtimes result in ur headlights wires metlign adn u cud get problems. i used higher watteg bulbs than is recomended for my e34 cuz i wanted the blue color and wham, blue out fuses a month after i installed them

pain in the ass trying to find good lights without going back through bmw... check out those ones... I don't want to be cheap, but a friend who works at my local bmw repair center said mako provides good lighting....
